A Decadent Perth Royal Show

After eight days of bumper crowds, exceeding 400,000, and a LOT of dagwood dogs, Perth Royal Show is over for another year.

The show was a massive success for Morish. Welaunched our super indulgent, Decadent Show Bag, the most expensive and extravagant show bag at this year’s Perth Royal Show, and you all went nuts for it (pardon the pun)!

The Decadent Show Bag sparked a lot of interest amongst punters; the reception we received was amazing, selling an impressive 39 Decadent Show Bags, we were completely sold out by the Friday evening. We also had a lot of people just popping in for a bit of a squiz … proving it is a show bag that youneeded to see to believe.

The very first Decadent Show Bag was sold as soon as the gates opened on Saturday morning. The very keen Morish Fans were at the Morish Show Bag stand at 9am on the dot! One of the staffers took a photo to commemorate this momentous occasion.

This was our best year ever with stock and show bags flying out the door. Our factory went into overdrive and sent out in excess of 20 pallets worth of yummy Morish goodness over the week but we still couldn’t keep up with demand. Archie and Marie were sneaking back after hours to pinch even more stock to keep you Morish fans happy. We couldn’t cook and pack it fast enough!

This was also the first year we sold Lindt and Chokeby Road at our Morish stands. We started with 600 + Lindt and Chokeby Road goodies and by the end of the last day we only had 11 left.

We have a couple of competition winners from the Premium Show Bag competition and Royal Adelaide Show to announce soon, so keep your eyes on our facebook page to see if you’re the lucky one. A big congratulations to the winners of the Sunshine FM's competition to win a Decadent Show Bag. We trust you enjoyed your stash of Morish goodies! :)

A huge thanks to all those who visited us during the show; we love to see your smiling faces each year. However we are starting to understand why Santa takes a whole year off after Christmas … we are in serious need for some R & R.
